She doesn't know...or maybe she does. Lucy doesn't bother in the technicalities. She's a monster but she strives to keep monstrous actions at bay. She's not like him.
With marred flesh exposed upon her cheek, Lucy Westenra allowed the human woman to dab at the wound. It was a wound gifted at the end of the cross, a talisman in which she'd once clung to, but now was forced to avoid.
"Thank you. You're far too kind to me. I don't deserve it."
lucy was afraid of vampires after the ordeal with max . he had tried to turn her son after her older son had already turned into one of his children . due to this she was kind of stuck in this life . she was still human but knew about them . when she saw lucy with the injury it made her cringe . the frog brothers had told her how religious artifacts could harm vampires and here was one proving them right .
clearing her throat , lucy dabbed at the burned spot on her face . so far this woman showed no reason to attack her so maybe she could trust her . “ what did this to you ? “ she asked , dabbing again before a frown grew on her face . “ is there anything else i can do to help ? and nonsense . i like to think kindness goes a far way . “
