♣  most things peach flavored! *~* i still remember when there was a peach-flavored jolly rancher and there are days that i mourn for it. once on my recent road trip i bought a thing of skittles just cos it had a peach flavor in it, even tho i didn’t care for the lime >:( thank u orchards for giving me what i wanted! (bonus points for when my husband randomly brings home a peach tea for me or just leaves one in the fridge as a surprise *o*)

♣ buying new books, even tho i’ve been in my worst reading drought this year and haven’t finished a single book i’ve started - which is many!!!! - i’m still always really excited to get new books and it put them on mys helf and look at them. maybe i won’t FINISH them this year but i’ll enjoy looking at them!

♣  trips with my friends, even if it’s like, just a few hours away for the weekend. where i live, I don’t actually have a lot of friends and it gets so freaking lonely, and it’s so great to just go off and hang out with them, even if all we do is go see a concert, hang out in the hotel, and go to kbbq. (or, you know, driving all the way across the southern part of the u.s. in two weeks without hotel stops there’s always that!)

♣  when i can sleep, which is, apparently, not very often lately! random bouts of insomnia keep plaguing me lately and it sucks going to bed and laying there exhausted unable to sleep so honestly, being able to sleep lately is like, one of my BIGGEST JOYS in life right now, which sounds P A T H E T I C 

♣  tbh cat videos and otter videos are like, the #1 way to cheer me the hell up i don’t know if anything makes me happier than videos of stubby tailed kittens with itty bitty teeny weeny whiskers or adorable otters learning to swim. i promise even tho i usually cry i’m HAPPY
