#QuickTipTuesday as our weather warms up and humidity increases, I'm always asked of ways to prevent or reduce #condensation on #cake commercial reach ins I've used had more moisture than the good old home fridge, so I use one as a last stop for a finished cake. Or if small enough I box a cake in the walk-in, the box absorbs some of the moisture! If you have a walk in you can have moisture levels adjusted there too!
