I have a challenge for you today! Day to day life can be stressful, discouraging, and down right rough. Some days can be better than others. And the truth...some days can be so much worse than others. Many day I forget to take time for myself. 3 kids, a pup, a fiancé, and recently with our move! Last night I had a small team call and we were asked to write “I Am Beautiful” and take a selfie with it. Then we were asked to list 3 things that we loved about ourselves. Sometimes it’s easy to write it but harder to believe it. BUT the truth is...WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL! It doesn’t matter our shape, size, color, sexuality!
