crazy thing but when companies tell you you have to download their app and fill out their forms you can just not do that.

this goes especially for every medical complex in the US. Every time another one tells me to download their app and fill out forms I just act like I forgot how to use a phone and show up for my appointment without doing any of that. They either give me a paper copy or suddenly realize it doesn't matter.
