(The ships I’m going to use will only be from my list. Some of them may not make complete sense to you guys since these are how I interpret these ships, but I wanted to post this somewhere.)
Sitting in a Pokemon Center Alfred pouted a bit, drumming his fingers over the table top. He was waiting for his friends to meet him there. He sighed heavily and leaned back in his chair. He was waiting in the cafeteria having just finished a burger.
“Come ooonnnn! Why are you guys so laaaaate! I’ve been here for eeeeever!” He sighs heavily despite only being there for a good 5 minutes.
“Ahem!” One of his friends, Ludwig, stood in front of the table and crossed his arms. “You do realize you’re a few minutes early, right?” He raised a brow.
Alfred blinks and looks at his watch. “WHOA! No wonder I was waiting here forever! Duuuude this suuuucks, I didn’t know I was early! Well.....I don’t think the others will be here for awhile.....” He scratches his head.
Ludwig tapped his chin and nodded. “Yes, you’re right......well....while we wait, how about we have a battle to help pass the time?” He tilted his head a bit.
Alfred blinks and grinned, standing up. “OH YEAH FOR SURE DUDE LETS GO! I’M SOOOO STOKED!!!” He laughs and jumps up, waving his arms up in the air.
Ludwig chuckles and nods. “Alright then, lets go.”
Soon the two were in the back of the Pokemon Center, using one of the few Battle fields they had. Both trainers looked ready to battle and were equally excited.
“Alright Ludbro! Don’t think I’m going to go easy on you!” Alfred takes out a Pokeball from his belt and tossed it up in the air before catching it and winking.
Ludwig rolled his eyes. “I really hate it when you call me Ludbro, but don’t think I’ll be going easy on you either.” He took off a Pokeball from his belt and held it up. “Lets go.”
“Hero! Come on out!” Alfred threw his Pokeball and with a flash his Braviary, Hero, was released and spread his wings, taking off into the air.
“Hmmm.....so you chose Hero. Very well then. Houndoom! Front and Center!” He tossed his Pokeball and his Houndoom was released, crouched down and growling. “I’ll let you have the first move.”
“Thanks buddy~ Alright Hero! Lets start off with Wing Attack!” Hero flew down towards Houndoom, wings glowing white.
“Now Houndoom! Jump to dodge!” Houndoom growled and crouched down, jumping up when Hero swooped down to strike him. He landed on the ground and smirked. “Now! Smokescreen!” Houndoom opened his mouth and let out a black smoke.
Hero blinks and coughs, looking around, not being able to see anything. “Brav?!”
“Now! Shadow Ball!” Houndoom opened his mouth, forming a black and purple ball of energy and fired it at Hero.
“Brav!” He cried out as he was hit in the stomach and was sent up in the air, gritting his teeth.
“Hey! you okay hero?” Alfred called up to his Pokemon. Hero looked down at Alfred and nodded, ready to continue. He grins and laughs. “Alright! Lets go! Next up, use Hone Claws! Then follow it up wit Brave Bird!”
Braviary was outlined in a red aura as his talons grew sharper. His attack and accuracy were boosted. He then was surrounded in a light blue aura and flew straight at Houndoom, slamming into him.
“Doom!” He hit the ground and slid back, gritting his teeth a bit as he stood back up, slowly but surely. He growled and lowered his heard.
“Right! We’re not down yet! Flamethrower! Lets go!” Houndoom opened his mouth and released a stream of fire straight at Hero.
“Hero! Get out of the way! NOW!” Hero would have dodged, but flinched as he took recoil from his attack. He cried out and fell to the ground as he was hit with the flames. “No! Hero! Can you still battle....?”
Hero was soon up in the air and nodded. “Braviary!” He wasn’t done just yet!”
Alfred laughs and nods. “That’s the spirit! Alright Hero! Air Slash, lets go!” Hero’s wings started to glow light blue and releases saw disc-like blades of energy at Houndoom.
“Alright Houndoom! Counter with a rapid Shadow Ball!”
Houndoom barked and opened his mouth, releasing multiple black and purple balls of shadowy energy. The two attacks collided and caused a cloud of smoke to appear between them.
“Doom?” Houndoom tilted his head a bit and growled, crouching down, ready for any attack about to head his way. His eyes went wide as Hero slammed into him, covered in a light blue aura. He hit the ground and groaned a bit.
“Houndoom! Come on! I know we can win this!” Ludwig tried to cheer his Pokemon on. “I know you’re strong enough to defeat him! Now lets use Shadow Ball!”
Houndoom got up and shook his head. He opened his mouth and fired a ball of shadowy black and purple energy at the opposing Pokemon.
“Brav!” his eyes went wide as he was hit and landed on his feet when he lowered himself to the ground. He panted and shook his head.
“Alright Hero! One final attack! Leta go! Wing Attack!” Hero flew at Houndoom, wings glowing white.
“Alright Houndoom! Shadow Ball! GO!” Houndoom growled and jumped up when Hero swooped to attack. He did a flip in the air and landed on the ground behind Hero. He opened his mouth and fired a black and purple ball of energy at him.
“Bravi!” He cried out as he was hit and fell to the ground with swirly eyes. “Viaaarry......”
“Hero no!” Alfred gripped his hair and groaned. “Oh man....we lost again.....I thought we had you this time!” He takes his Pokeball and chuckles. “Well....better luck next time! We just need some extra training! Thanks a lot Hero, now return.”
Ludwig walked up to Houndoom and rubbed his Pokemon on the head. “You were excellent out there. I am very proud of you.”
Houndoom barked and panted, wagging his tail. “Doom! Houndoom!”
Alfred grins and chuckles. “I’m glad we could battle! Almost had ya that time too!” He laughs and slaps him on the back.
Ludwig chuckled a bit and shook his head a bit. “Right. Now we should head back inside, our friends should be there right about now.” He nodded and returned his Pokemon.
Alfred grinned and gave a thumbs up and with that they headed back inside to meet up with their friends.
