alright how about a little bittersweet headcanon

Lugnut has very poor sensitivity in his face (ok let's call it his face) and claws. he barely feels other bots' touches and regulates the strength of his own more consciously than based on sensations. and for a soldier, this is not bad; it's not so bad to get a shot in the face for example, and in general, Lugs has been totally fine with that his whole life until Blitzwing came into it. because Blitzwing had eventually become the first bot he'd ever wanted to touch. . . to feel his armor, his arms, his face, to feel the subtle vibrations of his frame from the workings of his internal systems, to feel him kiss. but he can't fully. one thing saves him: Blitzwing's touches and kisses aren't just about pressing lips and fingers (and glossa, if we're talking about the random face lol), they're also about the temperature difference. the hot kisses of the red face heat up and leave mill scale, the icy kisses of the blue face leave frosty patterns, and this is something that Lugnut already feels well. Blitzwing's frame's temperature also changes depending on his face, and Lugnut can feel it with his claws. and, of course, it might not be exactly a touch, but it's hard not to feel Blitzwing squirming and wriggling in his embrace heheheh

💚I have repeatedly mentioned that I imagine Clobber to be Lugnut's twin sister. So, after watching Transformers Cybervers, I liked the relationship between Clobber and Rodimus (aka Hot Rod), and yes, in my TFA version they are married and have a son (I haven't come up with a name yet + I need to create a palette), who is Victory's cousin

💜Fun fact: Lugnut hates his nephew precisely because he is the son of an autobot and a traitorous sister, but Clobber is very kind to Victory
