that's not as good as it seems Last I heard from folks on the inside, the repeal would only work on certain things, and make it harder to overturn its most damaging parts in the long run Its only being done bc of the economic fall out and the NCAA deadline But fingers crossed

i know but let me be a tad hopeful lol its been a hard year already. if anything we can still try to vote out some of the idiots who enacted it in the first place

ok i breathed and im good now. But no, man this means so much. As a queer girl that studies culture and media (yay anthro and film major), this is so much bigger. this is a queer story told by queer folks, and the representation and success of it MATTERS SO MUCH bc there really isn't anything out there like this for us. It's showing folks YES you can tell your stories, and yes you can produce and make it and it can gay as hell and fantasy and fantastic and i just really cant rn this is too much
