Birthday Mousse... Amber’s favourite dessert was Lui Lui’s chocolate mousse. I can honestly say I have never tasted better! She had to have her mousse from a very early age. Since I’m not much of a sweets person but did love the flavour, she would order hers and I would order a spoon. She would tell me that I couldn’t have any, but then not finish it herself (It’s very rich!), but I’d always manage to get a taste in anyway! On Amber’s Birthday I ordered one in her memory and shared it with the littlest one. You should have seen her face!!
