For starters, I do think that Hyuna + Hyun-woo were Luka's only friends. Considering the way Luka was raised, I think 1) the others were "weirded out" by Luka and refused to talk to him 2) he was too scared to talk to the other kids
I think the reason why Luka painted that picture of him, his clones, and hyuna + hyun-woo in the Anakt Gardens is because he innocently hoped that all of them could play together
Since literally everything in the Anakt Gardens is fictitious (the sky, the grass, the trees, etc) I can definitely see Hyuna introducing Luka to cloud watching :(
Luka grew emotionally dependent on Hyuna to an extreme degree, to the point where if he saw ANYONE talking to her he'd get extremely jealous and upset to the point where he'd cling to her the second she was close enough
Luka would physically separate Hyuna and Hyun-woo out of jealousy
It's canon that Luka would count his fingers in order to remind himself that he was alive :( hyuna would join in to help comfort him
Before, during, and after experimentations, the only thing Luka could think about was Hyuna
Right after experimentations, especially the most brutal ones, Luka would immediately seek out Hyuna. Even if he had to crawl to her
When Hyun-woo and Luka fought in the Anakt Garden, Luka felt no remorse until he was much older
I'm pretty sure that, after Hyun-woo's death, the Segyein sprinkled his cremated ashes over the Anakt Gardens
After her brother's death, Hyuna struggled between her grief for her brother and love for Luka, which resulted in her alcoholism when she's older
