This is a recurring nightmare for Luke...he’s had it ever since he can remember.

Luke: Noooo! Stooooop!

Luke: ...what...?

Adam: Why would you tell him that? His principal called, and he’s in so much trouble. Marc, you shouldn’t be filling Luke’s head with more nonsense! This could have costed us my campaign .

Marc: This was important to him...And, really Adam...it’s just a school newspaper. How bad could it be?

Luke: Hi dad, Hi daddy...I’m off to bed...

Adam: wait right there, young man....your principal called us this morni...

Adam: ...YOUR FACE!

Marc: What happened?!

Luke: I don’t understand...I am a WHAT?

Nora: ...a witch, Luke. You really didn’t know, did you?

Luke: And...and you’re also a witch? This is crazy....I... I think I saw my mom..She said something different this time... “Eleftheros”. Do you know what that means?

Nora: I don’t...I’m pretty new at this too... That sounds like some kind of spell.

Nora: But I know who can help. My grams. You come home with me tomorrow after school and we can look in her Book of Shadows.

Nora: Hey, Luke, here you are.

Luke: I just needed some air.

Luke: This is...so overwhelming. Witches...dragons...Are there many witches?

Nora: You’re the first one that I know apart from Grams and Aunt Edel. Dragons on the other hand...they are everywhere in St Trinian. 

Luke: the secret society...You said they are dragons?

Nora: Yes...they are. And they are also the sons and daughters of some of the most influential people in Hollyoaks and St Jacob. They basically rule this town. It’s best to stay out of their business.

Marc: Listen, Lucky...your father...he is under a lot of pressure with the new campaign and he is worried about the repercussions of that article...

Luke: I know I know daddy...I won’t publish it. No need to convince me.

Marc: That’s...actually not what I wanted to talk to you about. It’s quite the opposite. I know how hard you’ve worked on this. Son, I am a writer myself too. I know how it feels. And I can tell you already...if it’s going to make some powerful people uncomfortable...then it’s probably a good piece of investigation journalism. Do it. Go ahead. Just make sure you get all your facts right.

Luke: Daddy! I knew you would understand!

The dragons that inhabit Earth are the descendants of Kovan, one of the original dragons who was born from the energy of Kovan Stellar Nebula.  Kovan fell into a Black Hole and was captured by some alien species, who experimented on him and mixed their DNA with his. I believe that is when dragons gained the ability to shapeshift.
