Who is the most powerful Jedi? Luke or Rey

The comment is:

I say...Luke is the more powerful because there is a reason to not grow a beard unless you already that powerful. The beard = how powerful you are in the force. Luke + his beard = power overwhelming. I bet he will throw frustrating Force antics on Rey to cheer her up. but Rey is not pleased. 

So, therefore, Luke’s beard is key in winning the day.
