Teamies but they're astral express crew
K: He's one of the oldest members of the crew. Saw enough departures and tragedy to be very protective of the current crew. His planet is long lost abandoned/destroyed and so the Express is his only home. Found the express and was it's navigator for a while until EJ came along
Fuma: Escaped his home planet after an unspecified accident he doesn't really like to talk about. Assumed the role of protector and guard, trains Maki to have the same role as him. Can look stoi and unassuming but will crack jokes if he's comfortable and will whip out his weapon the moment he feels danger.
EJ: The Nagivator. Feels...connected to express even if he joined later. Spends most of his time in the navigators room, can be seen hunched over charting maps. There is a basket of tangerines that seems to never run out. There's always at least 3 plants around him.
Yuma: Joined for the adventure! He was bored living with Nicholas on Penacony and convinced the other to pull out of dream weaving school and leave for the stars. He's mostly there for the vibes and causes a lot of trouble. Not his fault people think he's just an adorable harmless cat person.
Nicholas: God dragged with Yuma, says he joined "So Yuma wouldn't destroy the whole path of trailblaizing", in truth he was losing his inspiration and motivation to dream weave. He can be often seen either trying to make sure Yuma isn't in prison or sketching all the various sights either in the express or somewhere quiet in the city they're staying.
Jo: His city fell to the Destruction forces and he was the unfortunate victim of an attempted body stealing. Thankfully was found and rescued by Fuma and K. He has...gaps in his memory and a naturally quiet nature. He mostly stays inside the express during any outing, it's a celebration whenever he decides to go out.
Harua - The ever present conductor. A boy with big bunny ears who's always listening and trying to make sure the express is in good condition. He acts annoyed often but he's genuinely grateful the express is so lively and that Everyone's happy.
Taki - Smelled something nice. Came upon the express. Decided to stay because "it smells like home". Where does he come from? What is he? Nobody knows. Nobody cares at this point. He's just Taki. He was there when Fuma Joined -Just K and this boy/wolf/creature that decided to make one of the rooms his nest. Found Maki
Maki - Taki smelled him out in the whole of Planarcadia and decided "He smells like he we need him". His testimony was the clue to uncovering one of the mysteries the Crew stumbled upon. He's a vlogger who decided that he will spread the word about the express by streaming from it. Also trains under Fuma to be the second guard because Fuma decided he has the build for it.
If I were to assign paths to them it would probably be (subject to change and discussion)

EJ - Either Abundance or Erudition I think
Yuma - Elation
Nicholas - Erudition
Jo - Abundance
Taki - Hunt
Maki - Elation
