Luna@150: Pagrosas ng Nag-aalimpuyong Kalayaan
This weekend I attended the opening day of the 3-day event commemorating the 150th birthday of the Philippine Revolution’s general, General Antonio Luna.
The title of the event came from General Luna’s poems as translated by Eduardo Rocha into English and again translated to Filipino by Alvin Yapan and Jerrold Tarog.
John Arcilla who plays the titular role being interviewed.
Mon Confiado who plays General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first president of the Republic of the Philippines, graces the occasion.
This event is organized by Capable Foundation, Inc and Los Lunaticos Bravos and the behind the scenes exhibit will run from October 27 up to the actual date of the General’s birthday, October 29, 2016 at the Atrium, 2nd Flr of SM Megamall.
