Alright, just a few drawing made with my fingers I had that were pilling up. Alright.
I have a challenge. All these pictures have a song related to / attached to. If you can guess, then I’ll give prizes.
Guess 1 song: get a half body lineart of a character of your choice
Guess 2 songs: get a full body lineart, maybe coloured of a character of your choice
(Also leave a comment on how you found this little game. Don’t know when it’ll end, so for now I guess it’s ongoing. Another thing, tell me which is your favourite.)
Anyways. Thanks. Bye.
My art. My stuff
Sometimes you have to be patient and keep digging for that meatball in the leftover pasta of life 😔

How often had Sizhui ever been a boy to be anything but grateful ? He had not protested anything and he was rarely a source of anything but pride for Cloud Recesses he achieved and he continued to strive for perfection in his life, in his music, in his weapons, and in his cultivations. So it was fair to say that he was outraged. While he was not loud like Jingyi, or coldly radiating his disdain like his baba.
He had been kneeling in front of the door in response to the Grandmaster's unfair treatment of Wei Wuxian. He had never liked the man. This was clear, the older generation despised to be questioned when their way was the supposed right way. Yet, how could that be when you were adamantly breaking some of the rules higher upon the wall ? Do not treat others unkindly, be thoughtful, do not bully....Lan Sizhui could not bend his brain around this. Could not come to terms with something so obviously cruel.
Of course even the Head Disciple of Gusu Lan got no response, he did not really expect one, but his anger had not gone away. So kneeling had been the way to go. His forehead ribblon did not touch the ground, though his nose did.
The warmth that surrounded his shoulders was rewarded with a lift of his head and he found his beloved Uncle there. Sizhui was still firm in his resolve to stay there, but the pile of snow that built up around him was a sign it had been to long. "Thank you." he said as he sat up. To offer the respectful bow and greeting to Sect Leader.
Sizhui was shivering. "D..D..Does he evvver change his mind ?" he asked
As Sizhui was settling in for the evening he would notice a little shuffling and murmuring of voices. A small bouncing light drifted down the hall, illuminating the darkness before, with a pause of pattering feet a little sleepy but excited face would poke around the doorframe of the bedroom.
“Happy Birthday Papa,” Liwu would announce, rubbing at his eye. Jingyi’s hand would usher the little boy in from around the corner and Liwu would bring Sizhui the lantern he and his father had worked on all day — shaped like a rabbit. “Now papa has one just like Liwu!” the boy spoke of the lantern that hung in his room, gifted to Sizhui long ago by the illustrious Hanguang-Jun.
Jingyi appeared in the doorway not long after, arms folded, a pleased smile on his face as he watched them.
@legendwrote Lan Jingyi
He had spent the day dealing with the many people who wanted a part of his day. His birthday he had to visit with baba and Father Wei, and Uncle Jade. It was a requirement on his birthday. Lan Sizhui had the misfortune of being very likeable. He had many students who wanted to see him, gift him this or that, and while he was flattered immensely so all he wanted was to go home to son and beloved. Jingyi had mysteriously gotten Liwu and pleaded away that the little boy needed a nap. Yes--a nap. Sizhui wanted to call Jingyi's bluff, but JIngyi had circular logic, and by the time he got to the point Sizhui would be throughly confused, it was how Jingyi had spent a lifetime convincing his partner that bad ideas weren't such bad ideas. Sizhui had agreed.
He had gotten home before his boys had.
Jingyi's mother had insisted she knew nothing--when he had given her a look she had given him the same innocent look, that he knew meant she knew something. The same innocent look that Liwu had when he was caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
Gods he loved that smile.
Sizhui had taken down his hair, and brushed it, only his ribbon remained on. He had chanced into the soft white sleep robes that his father had gotten him. He was sat on the edge of the large bed. It was a luxury that Lan Sizhui had purchased on his own. Since they had a son it was important there was enough room for his small family on it. There was also the fact that Jingyi slept draped across the bed, like he had to expand himself to take up space. Sizhui was just another pillow, just another object to drape over. Of course, Sizhui thought it was adorable, it was after all how they had become a couple--accidental but sweetly.
He was pleased just to see his cultivation partner and his son. Liwu was sleepy and Sizhui gave a little smile that radiated like the sun. Eyes falling on a very familiar bunny shaped lantern, it was so much like the one that hung in Liwu's room, with the many streamers. It had been gifted to him by his baba, and in return when little Liwu had bad dreams the lantern had been the only thing to brighten his room. It seemed only right that he pass what his father gave to his son, to his own son. "This is very remarkable." he said softly as he looked at the lantern. "Did you and Daddy do this all by yourselves ?" he asked. He didn't see any flaws with it because violet eyes swam with happy tears, this is precisely the type of thing Sizhui would love for his birthday. A gift made for him, not purchased in a store. Those gifts were welcomed, but things that had been made with him in mind delighted him.
Glancing up he saw the pleased look on Jingyi's face and scooped up Liwu into his arms and hugged him close. "We should hang this in here. Like we do in your room. Protect your fathers. Thank you Liwu it is my favorite gift." he said to the sleepy boy who beamed with pride of such a lofty praise. Sizhui smiled at Jingyi and mouthed a "Thank you, it is perfect.".
Nature is kinda sexy that way.
