Spicy Tuna "roll"
Ingredients:
Tuna (duh)
Rice (i used like dinner rice)
Mayonnaise
Sriracha
Avocado*
Spring roll wrapper*
Soy sauce*
* = optional
Steps:
Prepare the rice according to the package. This took 20 minutes for me, but honestly, i could've used instant rice. While the rice is cooking, continue with the steps.
Scoop out the avocado if you're going to add it. Put it in a bowl and smash until paste. Add tuna, mayo, and sriracha to your liking. Mix well. Add salt and pepper.
Wait until the rice cools, or don't. You're your own boss. If you're not using spring roll wrapper, you can just mix the rice and tuna mix and enjoy!
If you have spring roll wrap, wet the wrap, add a strip of rice, then filling, and roll. This is my preferred method just because it's less messy if i take it with me to lunch, and it looks cleaner. Enjoy!
All in all, i enjoyed it, and i don't even like tuna. It was very easy to make, pretty cheap, depending on what you decide to add, and i felt pretty full after only about 3 of them. I will definitely add them to my lunchbox.
Affordability: 8.5/10
Taste: 7/10
Time used from start to finish: about 30 minutes.
