Today I tried my hands on some Onigirazu. After spending quite some time yesterday pickling some carrots, radishes, and pickles, and preparing the sushi rice, I only had to boil some chickpeas for the filling today, and then it was on to assembly. I definitely need to work on forming them a bit more, and need to find the ideal moistness for the seaweed to form it, but I'm quite pleased for a first try. The miso pickled cucumbers were surprisingly rich in taste, even after just one day. Excited to see how all the veggies turn out after some more time.
