your review of that webcomic bloke is so NICE though, like thats the nicest possible way you could have gone "this story deals with x and y in uncomfortable ways" while still giving an honest review (you talked about the good bits! you praised various elements!) and his subsequent SLANDEROUS SJW! THE DICE CHOOSE MY PATH! cries come off as so over the top in response. incredible
IT’S HONESTLY SO FUNNY like that review is on par with (or even better than) a critique i would give to just about anyone in any actual creative writing class i’ve taken and he got SO ANGRY about me “misrepresenting” his story just because i thought some parts were pretty questionably handled
it’s also funny because he’s left largely two-star reviews on other peoples’ serials that really tear into their writing but he doesn’t even seem to be able to handle gentle criticism of his own story
