Like I think TNT's rationale is that Luperus doesn't speak and is quadrupedal, which would make much more sense for a petpet than a Neopet. The problem is that it's, you know, a Lupe called Luperus so
What is even going on with the world building on Neopets. The Luperus has me so genuinely confused. Tavi called him a petpet, but he's clearly a Lupe. I checked the book of ages and he's marked down as a Lupe. So he's not some Lupe looking petpet variant with gigantism. Also why is he on all fours and can't talk? I get he's based on Cerberus and is considered a monster but he can't talk? He acts just like a dog too. Like you're telling me Tavi who is a kyrii, another neopet species can wear clothes chat it up with faeries and Luperus gets to play fetch like some derpy ass animal. and what about all the anthro lupes who DO walk around on two legs, wear clothes, and talk? What is this world building?! do they even know!? do they even care!? urgh my head.
