好多年前來吃的鹿耳晚晚進化了, 現在每週四到日晚上開始有甜點可以吃了! 伯爵茶戚風蛋糕feat草莓夾心(期間限定) 伯爵茶味不重, 但是蛋糕體非~常~的鬆軟, 搭配上微甜的鮮奶油, 還有微酸的草莓切片, 很可以! 抹茶戚風 使用了丸久小山園抹茶, 戚風蛋糕體本身就帶有抹茶味, 此外除了基本的微甜鮮奶油, 還淋上了很抹茶的抹茶醬, 雖然很抹茶但是甜度也相對的高了一點, 剛好可以跟鮮奶油與蛋糕體三者味道保持一個很好的平衡, 還點綴上了幾顆甜甜的蜜紅豆, 讓滿口的抹茶味多了一個不一樣的層次與甜味, 整體來說不喜歡抹茶的人, 我覺得應該也是可以接受! 白鬍子烏龍茶(熱) 有一層薄薄的奶蓋烏龍, 雖然他們的奶蓋很薄, 但是cream cheese 的味道很明顯, 跟一般喝到的綠蓋茶上面的奶霜質感是不一樣的。 然後配著微甜的熱烏龍茶緩緩喝下, 身體都暖了起來! 然後, 要來要早, 因為人還蠻多的, 不確定能不能先訂位, 我很喜歡小木馬那個空間, 下次有機會再去的話, 我要那個小天地, 還要試試看他們的檸檬塔。 Finally, I come here ! The wiped cream is not very sweet but good to eat with the cake and the strawberry . The sour flavor from the strawberry, sweet from the cream and some tea flavor from the cake make the different levels on your tongue . If you eat the cake with the tea it just like melted in your mouth . ¥ Matcha Chiffon The cake base the is matcha flavor . And the matcha powder they used is the famous brands in Japan . ( Marukyu- Koyamaen ) Not only the cake is matcha flavor they also made the matcha sauce to go with it . And the put some sweetened red bean on the top , to add some different flavor and layer in your mouth. Oolong tea with cream cheese on the top . The tea is not very sweet , I think the sweetness of sugar maybe 10-20% .
