Lute looked up from what she was doing as she saw Toriel. To be fair she was annoyed at him for even speaking to her, as most of the times she prefers to stay alone an unnoticed. “What news?” She asked dryly clearly irritated.
Toriel honestly wasn't sure how she would react. He wasn't sure if it was because of the randomness of trying to interact or just how she is. He was the one that instigated the conversation, so he was just going to have to endure her reaction. Since the nature of the topic was professional, her irritation wouldn't draw an emotional reaction.
"Demons have interfered with a group of Cherub's work on Earth. The group had played an indirect role in the human's death and had been stripped of their right to return to Heaven. This couldn't be coincidence. I plan to ask Michael for permission to exterminate the demons involved, regardless of status of Hellborn or Sinner to ensure they do not interfere further." He stated calmly.
