I have been trying not to spoil much of Legion but knew of Voljin suddenly going AWOL, he is confirmed DEAD or just missing so far

Luvil was once a regional UK brand - regional goods were very common - but is now just a secondary Unilever product in continental Europe. The advert for it, using the distressed housewife trope, shows how black and white television dealt with colour when such a thing was important to the product: by telling you what colour it was and moving on. And this was easily accepted by the public, who didn't see black and white television as less-than-whole or unusual or odd in any way. They just saw it as television.
