When I’m stuck...
Pray, meditate, write. Don't let emotions control me- write it all out. Write what I want to say- and read it out loud if I need to. If there's nothing to write and the thought just keeps coming back, then let yourself think about the worst case and hole on to your spirit for the 10 minutes it takes you to think on it. Then leave it behind. You will feel better. Dance like no one is watching, sing like no one is watching. Just be. When I'm happy, that's when I can share my happiness with others. Not giving up my happiness to make someone else happy. I am love, peace, joy. God has made me these things, so when I am centered and confident and stable, then, I can bring those things to others me.I don't need to make myself unhappy to temporarily bring those things to others.
