I think I used to be very adamant to reblog my b.a.p gifs and other posts on this blog before but I went completely inactive on stanbap for the past 2 years apart from occasional events. I just end up having to expose stanbap when liking posts, sending asks and having to reply since it all goes through my main blog ahaha. I run other sideblogs and many are still confused about this

i, personally, think you’re doing great! it can be really difficult to get back into things after a while away, and you’re gradually editing what makes you happy and working at your own pace, which is so lovely to see. editing is something that you should do because it genuinely makes you feel happy and relaxed, not because you feel obligated to. so keep doing you, because you’re doing great sweetie 😌💕

Thanks, sweets. You’re too kind. It really means a lot. I try not to let it get to me because we’re not all in competition. We all appreciate the same # of members and editing allows it to be an escape from whatever is going on, at least for me Plus, I’ve met so many nice people on here who only cheer each other on because there is no need for hate. i’m not really good at this and might not be any help at all but if things are really exhausting and stressful at work to the point where you feel like you’re tolerating things then it might help if you take a step back and think of whether you want to carry on working for these people. finding a job is really difficult and it can be tiring and stressful at times from what i’ve experienced. but your mental health matters a lot more and you shouldnt have to put up with this treatment at all :((

at the end of the day you’re only human and you shouldn’t have to train or force yourself to work your way around things like this, where others are literally acting like children and deliberately making lives harder for others. i’m not sure if that was any help at all but here’s some love and support to compensate 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

This is so sweet of you, hon, thank you for caring 🤧 I'm also thinking about it like this, but as you say finding a job is stressful and I want one in another area, so it's even harder, that's why i've been postponing it for a while and just putting up with this job. But yeah, I'm gonna start trying to find a better job, even if it takes longer, it's better in the long run.
