Ingredients: 2 lobster tails. 2 tablespoons melted ghee. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Lemon wedges for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, then gently pull the lobster meat up through the opening, resting it on top of the shell. In a small bowl, mix the melted ghee, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, sea salt, and black pepper. Brush the lobster meat with the ghee mixture, ensuring even coverage. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
