Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded. 2 packs of ramen noodles, uncooked and broken into pieces. 1/2 cup slivered almonds. 1/2 cup sesame seeds. 1/2 cup green onions, chopped. 1/2 cup shredded carrots. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Shred the chicken and put it in a large salad bowl. Add the chopped green onions, shredded carrots, and cilantro. To make the dressing, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a different bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste to make the food taste better.
