Does underwar have some sort of Lv(Level of violence) cap? Like in undertale the cap being Lv 20.
Yes, they do, and it's capped to LV. 100 (LV boosts like Chara and Frisk which were both LV. 105 and LV. 110 are an exception)
Once you get to that, there's no going further other than becoming something... more powerful.
Oh, and it has to be natural power. Both Frisk and Chara's LV boost because of their Red Demon specialty doesn't count. And EXO is an artificial being, he can't access it even when he's literally LV. 100. The closest person to that LV cap is Frederick and Frisk with LV. 90.
Who knows~ Maybe there's something special happening when someone DOES get to that LV cap.
