I agree with the previous anon. I almost never reread a fic, but I have come back to Illegirl more than once. The complete trilogy, actually. The story and the leading couple, both live in my mind rent!! free!!

Hii!! I know that you have probably heard this like, a thousand times but I have to say it again. The love yourself trilogy is truly the best trilogy I have ever read. It’s so detailed and well written, I never get bored of it. I remember reading Illegirl for the first time on wattpad, and I got HOOKED. I’m a sucker for teacher x student stories because the forbidden love makes it so interesting, which made me immediately love Illegirl. You and me both made me cry a WHOLE RIVER every single time I’ve read it NSBSH 😭 143 was such a good move for the last book in the trilogy because it really showed how much Y/N and Jimin missed each other, in conclusion- they are soulmates. Thank you for creating the masterpiece that this trilogy is!!

omfg PLEASE thank you so much 😭😭😭😭it’s literally been like wHat? two years?? since i first published illegirl?? i’m in awe that people still read and enjoy it! (and same,,, i lOve forbidden love stories 👀👀which may just be why my stories usually have a tragic ending to them 😀😀) bUt anYwAys, thank you for loving the whole series!! i think a lot of people stop reading after illegirl (good call for them too because y&mb is so angsty) but it makes me happy that people actually enjoyed the whole trilogy!! i tried rlly hard to wrap up the ly trilogy on a good note! also idk if anyone connected the dots but i based the whole ass ly trilogy off of bangtan’s ly era LMAO. illegirl is the equivalent to ly : her (finding new love serendipitously/the feeling of fresh love), y&mb is ly : tear (the love that we experienced in the first series deteriorates) and 143 is ly : answer (you have to love yourself before you can reach out and love others)

and YES! yn and jimin are soulmates! i think they’re the best couple dynamic i’ve ever created. thank YOU for reading the ly trilogy!
