About your how to make sigils post, do I you have to use all the lines? Are you allowed to use more than what you have?

Not if you’re going by that method. 

You gotta make do with the lines and curves your phrase provides. If it’s not providing enough lines to make a decent symbol maybe consider tweaking the root phrase.
