(XOCHITL IS PRONOUNCED SO-CHEE)

I've decided to change my spiritual name. Lybera just didn't feel right anymore, and Xochitl really, really did. I feel more in touch with my Toltec ancestry than ever before.

Xochitl, which translates to princess of the flowers, was a Toltec queen who, when civil war erupted during her later years, gathered the strongest, most fierce women and assembled a battalion. She fought alongside her warriors and died on the battlefield.

Per noi donne che facciamo attività fisica con regolarità il ciclo mestruale può essere un vero ostacolo: dolori e crampi sono debilitanti, senza parlare della scomodità degli assorbenti esterni, poco pratici per le attività acquatiche per esempio, o di quelli interni, spesso dolorosi.
