Ingredients: 1 can lychees in syrup drained. 1 cup coconut milk. Zest and juice of 2 limes. 2-3 tablespoons honey or sugar adjust to taste.
Instructions: In a blender, combine drained lychees, coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, and honey/sugar. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds.
