The Power of Art Therapy
I have always loved coloring since I was a child. Cartoon themed coloring books were my favorite. It would be decades later while taking Art Therapy courses, I would learn of the connection of colors and their ability to alter moods; additionally I learned how thematic patterns and repetitive motion of various tools( crayons, pastels, water pencils and paint brushes) could also have an impact on the mental state.
