I forgot my instrument at school so I decided to occupy myself by reviving an old alternate universe I had that I accidentally came up with ideas for just today.
This is a redo of this concept page I did back in 2019. I’ll give some more depth explanations now that I structured out more ideas-
Concept 1) Lylander who is a newly hired professor, is ecstatic to show Wave what she’s done. She’s 15 years old, so her childish-still maturing side is bound to show. Concept 2) Goshe holding Wave’s prescription medication, angry that she didn’t take it that morning. The medication is to help weaken Wave’s brain to suppress the anomaly that lives inside it (as shown in concept 3). This ultimately leads to Wave being extremely slow with her work now that her brain isn’t working right. The slow performance makes Goshe angry, although she is aware... Wave did take medication when she was first given it, but due to her sleep deprivation, she ends up forgetting because she is growing so tired and slow. Concept 3) Let’s talk about the anomaly itself. The anomaly is some kind of evil spirit that takes the shape of “one’s personal fears and dark desires.” It only becomes a physical being if their host is asleep. The host is Wave, in this case. It only took just a few incidents to take place to make Wave come to the conclusion that this thing is the reason why people and experiments are getting harmed (as shown in concept 2, Goshe’s eye was clawed out). Because of this, Wave fearing that this thing will go next level and kill somebody, she stopped sleeping. Hence her looking deprived. Concept 4) Wave made an attempt to interact with one of her creations. Didn’t go well at all as you can see. But hey, robotic prosthetics exist.
