Oh my gosh! Here we are at the last family in rotation! As I don’t have a second family to play on the third day of each week I’m going to just flit around on those days. And if this is a little scatter brained, I apologize. I thought my child was asleep until I heard a cry. I went to check thinking she’d had a nightmare...no..she had just stripped herself completely diaper and all and was in her bed crying for mom or dad to come pay attention to her...toddlers..geesh!
Welcome to the Mora household! It was midnight when I dropped in on them after forgetting to take these pictures, but I thought it might be fun to take pictures of the neighborhood in the dark so here you go! You may recognize the area as several households in the rotation live on this street! Oh and I forgot that Jackie broke the kitchen sink right before I quit the first night I played them...What a mess!
I just love the way the world looks in the moonlight! The Mora’s live on Canterbury St as you can see they are neighbors to the Munoz family (who moved into the Beckwith’s old house) and they live directly across from the Gold family who I’ve dropped in on a couple of times.
This is on the first day of play through, Corrine was up bright and early eating waffles before sending the kids off to the summer festival and meeting up with Randal Stark.
It had been so long since I’d played I forgot that Stacey spent the night randomly at the Whitehaven Mansion! This family is a typical Sim mess!
Jackie has been working long hours at the Fire Department. Sensing trouble brewing after I’ve seen Corrine and Randal out and about several times I decided to help him get to know some of his co workers better. I had a feeling his relationship with Corrine was heading south FAST!
Aaand I was right! Apparently when Corrine called Randal up for a date she thought it was a good idea to have said date at her house! Well Jackie came home unexpectedly and was NOT happy! Guess it’s a good thing he turned her down for a risky woohoo! By the end of the encounter Randal broke up with Bobbi and Corrine moved out.
Ya think??
Randal moved out of his home with Bobbi as well. I moved him and Corrine in together on a tiny houseboat so I guess we’ll see what happens!
Jackie went back to work and started flirting with his co worker, Danielle, again. Oops! She’s in a relationship with another fire fighter and definitely not interested in Jackie!
Poor guy was having a terrible day!
Meanwhile Jackie’s kids were done at the festival and off on their separate way to enjoy the first night of summer break! Shonna went to the arcade to skate, Stacey fell asleep on a bench outside the pet store (this kid is forever sleeping on public property!) and Carl went to the movies!
Jackie got home, ate some waffles, filled out a dating profile (while contemplating whether or not to try to work things out with Corrine) and broke the sink as you saw in the first pictures!
In other news Lynn Decker aged into a young adult! She was basically gorgeous though you can’t tell in the picture. I took her into CAS to change up just her hair and makeup and of course got a lovely picture due to my photography skills..LOL!
Both Holden and Therese were still asleep, but I loved the greenish glow to the sunrise in their room so I took a picture :) I tried to put the walls up, but I wasn’t quick enough and the light changed before I could get a second pic!
It looks like it’s Therese’s morning to get up early with little Jessica!
Off to make pancakes for breakfast!
Rian and Britta got engaged literally the day before, but it looks like Stacia is not to be outdone! I guess this means I should think about moving these two in together as Dewey still lives with his ex wife Joline! Talk about awkward!
And I may not be playing these sims, but woohoo! Another SP marriage!
Holden went to the Bistro for lunch. I don’t know why it looks like he’s walking through the wall because when I put the walls up, there is actually a double door and it’s fully functional..LOL! I don’t know. The Sims certainly has it’s random glitches sometimes!
Sondra and Lynn Decker were there.
And some adorable wild horses! These are probably the only two in town, if memory serves me I believe I’ve limited them to two via the register Mod by NRAAS. Those Mods are indispensable!
Holden stopped to admire the planters at the restraunt.
I popped out of the household for a bit to get Stacia and Rose settled in with Dewey. I just swapped houses. So I figured in the divorce, Joline let him have the house, but took all of their dogs. She wound up moving into Stacia and Britta’s old house since it’s just her and the dogs. Anyway, when I got back to the Wozny’s Holden was getting home and it was nearing nightfall. Therese was just leaving work.
She did a bit of networking online and then it was off to bed for everyone!
Goodbye Wozny family! I will be coming back to you, several years in the future!
Popping into the Walls household for their day! Well actually, it’s currently the middle of the night. Looks like they’ve got their hands full!
OMG! I just LOVE how Lynn put Gloria down in her crib and then headed upstairs to steal Patty’s bed so now aunt Patty gets to be the one who wakes up to take care of Gloria if she cries!
Meanwhile, Lynn is fast asleep. Don’t mind Jeanette awake and just staring at her at 3 in the morning. Nothing unsettling about that! LOL!
Jeanette decided to make use of her early start and finished homework before watching tv. She was just about to go get breakfast when the school bus came!
Everybody’s off to work/school in this household and the baby sitter is taking care of Gloria, so I’m off to take random screenshots of the Old Towne area again.
Sondra is just getting off of work so I headed back to the house. Gloria was fast asleep and the sitter was playing with the family kitten..I keep forgetting that cat’s name!
The girls all had after school activities so when it was finally time to go home, they couldn’t get out of there fast enough!
It looks like it’s going to be a lovely fall evening!
Here is the rest of the day with the Walls/Decker family! The last time I played, I ran into Noel and it made me so sad! I think I’ve made the hard decision to bump the major characters out of rotation of playthrough because it just seems weird to me to see them as their sim selves since I’ve been writing so much. I will be deciding on replacement families to follow. So the families to be replaced are Wright, Saavedra, Newcomb, Petersen and Davies. The non played households I will also not be following include Tovar, Breen, Dupuis and Cornelius. Now, they’ll still be living their lives in the background so you may see them from time to time, but Phillip will not be played when I play Lynn Decker and Gloria Wright. Now without further adieu, here is Lynn, hanging out at the apartment of Anwar Smalley (a young adult while she’s still a teen!) at close to 2am while her daughter sits on the porch of the Hastings family unattended!
The next morning, Lynn was up bright and early to take care of little Gloria. They’re so cute together!

It’s a hot day, so once Sondra was home from work, Lynn ran to the ice cream shop to eat the popsicle she bought at home...ok, Lynn, that makes a lot of sense.
Meanwhile, Patty and Jeanette walked to the beach. It was pretty busy!
The whole family met up at the Summer Fair.
..And they all entered eating contests! Oops! I realized I kept them so busy all day that no one had eaten anything since breakfast!
Lynn ate too much and wound up getting sick! Yuck!

For some reason, Lynne Decker came by to visit Claire at 3 am! I guess she left baby Gloria home with her parents!
They must have awakened Cairo because he moved outside to sleep the rest of the night away.
It's morning and Claire is exhausted, but she decided to invite Karim over for a bit while her parents are at work. The end of summer break is fast approaching and Claire will be entering her senior year in high school!
She was too exhausted and decided to go take a nap while Karim played outside with Cairo.
I wound up spending the rest of the evening away from the Li home because I went to check on Heather McCall and she was in labor, but she got stuck in a birth loop! I let it go for a while, but by mid morning of the next day I decided to use MC to reset her and thankfully, that sent her home where she completed her labor. Phew! She must be exhausted! Nearly an 18 hour labor!! Little Gianna is finally here safe and sound though!
It's the first day of fall!! Or is it day two and all my stuff got mixed up? With my computer deciding to go out on me I've had trouble keeping track of what day I'm actually on in the play through! Anyway, Pete has to get up for work and Anaya plans to stay in bed pretty much until it's time for her to leave as well so not much going on now! I love how Pete has his face smothered in his pillow..lol! "No! It can't be morning already! I don't want to go to work!"
There's been something in the water in Thicket! Currently Rebeccah Wright of course is pregnant, but so is Felicity Petersen and...Lynn Decker so there has been plenty of drama. Noel Wright's life is vastly different from the beginning of playthrough and I've not even gotten to the Wright household in rotation yet! Not only is Noel divorced from Rebeccah, he is now about to be a grandfather to teenage son Phillip and Lynn's child! On a side note, it looks like the Decker's may need a new washer and dryer..lol!
Pete and Anaya have been trying unsuccessfully to have a baby as well so I decided that if I make it through this rotation and there's still no sign of a baby I'm going to have them adopt, but what is this!? When did this even happen!!?? Anaya must have been drinking the water! No wonder she was so tired at the Cabral's party!
To celebrate, they went to the fall festival!
I know it's hard to see on such a dark night, but Pete is starving so he decided to join the eating competition. Looks like Shad Hastings won, better luck next time Pete!

Yeah..so Britta and Stacia are pretty much not on speaking terms after what went down with Rian. They've been ignoring each other all day! Britta invited Rasheed out to the L'Etoile Java Hut. Random zoom in of the barista because I thought he was cool looking :)
Out to the balcony. It's kind of chilly tonight so they are already cuddling up on the bench.
Rasheed asked to go steady and Britta said yes! I mean if 6 days equals 3 months I guess it wasn't all that quick for her to move on in Thicket time.

Meanwhile, Stacia is just playing guitar out in the front yard. I don't believe either girl has been in contact with Rian since the whole thing on Love Day.
Britta came home from her date and went up to bed without a word again..I don't know if these two will ever be close again. Better get to bed Stacia.
