Kinda happy how Smiley here came out! Miiiiight do a little more to the face honestly but I'm happy with how he's turned out currently!

He's going to be used as my Weapon of War for my ECO Camp for Rustbelt! He will either be a large or Medium beast (we will figure out scaling wise later!)

In Derelict, you don't have Traditional Factions; instead you have Constellations and Lineages.

Constellations are based on the Region your Party are from and is basically how the 8 Elemental Powers align in that region. Each elemental power brings with it a stat change and a strategy, so each Lineage is made up of 2 elements that are adjacent in that Constellation.

Lineages are more like themes and tropes. In the Hinterlands for instance, you have (in no order) Werewolves, Vampires, Witches, Ghosts, Cultists, Scientists, a Thieves Guild, and the Hunters Covenant.

But the Northern Wastes, the Southern Islands, and the Necropolis all have different Lineages based on their region and Constellations.

Finished painting my Violent Dark core game!

I love these models, honestly I can't wait to start playing the game. I think Black Site Studios has some really cool sculpts and game designs so I've been hyped getting my Crew and Xeno painted up!

It's kinda been a long time posting here...but I just wanted to do kind of a long form post about this.

Rustbelt: Ground Zero is coming extremely close to coming out, but I'm kinda scared. I do some stuff very different in it and the math numbers for stuff is kept low to be able to be more understandable at a glance. That said, I'm nervous and scared cause this is my baby and I want people to enjoy it.

I have a whole world being put together in this, and it scares me that my little 58 page game book is going to be not good enough....but at the same time I LOVE playing it.

So I guess maybe I'm feeling imposter syndrome or just general fear and nervousness for putting what is essentially my art out there.

But I do hope you all love it!

I haven't been posting here as much as I should have been, but here is kinda what is going on:

Rustbelt: Ground Zero is almost finished, just some editing mainly needed to be done

Rustbelt: Second City is now in the works

Other Urde Games; Ghostwoods and Derelict; will be worked on when I can do them, but I'd love to get them released sooner than later (though artist is the issue there as I don't want to put too much of a load on the Artist for Rustbelt as he has his own games he makes)

Gates of Eidolon stat cards will exist shortly after the Ground Zero release!

Making a lore character's name right

I wonder if naming the Vampire who's machinations are put into place with the Constellations (who was locked under the Vatican before the fall of humanity and released when the end of the world as we know it struck was released and manipulated the world's religions into what is now known as the constellations…..catches breath ) Nebuchadnezzar would be okay or not. Like, the original namesake was an arrogant ruler that led to the downfall of religious structure…also is an old name that has spooky and religious connotation. But thinking about it, would make for a good name for a vampire kept locked away while he plots beneath the Vatican!

And like, 2 things with this vampire. He needs to be OLD! Like ancient old and he needs to have almost a Cosmic level of Horror to him. He is in a way akin to Hastur in this world, the Constellations are warped, pitting members against each other, designed to keep humans as cattle, but sat up in such a way that they are meant to seek them out just because the rest of the world is that much more horrific and brutal that having the man who says he will keep you safe and the only cost to it is he gets to eat you at the end of your life seems like the safer of the two situations.

Maybe Paimon would be a better name for him…kinda fits Paimon too (note, that this would be a hint that he IS the person from books, like if his name is Nebuchadnezzar, he'd be the ancient king, if it is Paimon, he would be the individual people thought was the demonic prince of that particular hell)

Been a while since I posted here but just wanted to say, even though Rustbelt: Ground Zero is running late....it is being worked on and getting closer and closer.

I'm so scared....like what is gonna happen when it comes out????
