asgfjlkhl; So I was looking for something on Netflix to watch that I’d seen before so I wouldn’t have to pay much attention to it while I did other things, and I settled on “In The Shadow of The Moon,” and um, I think I may have found Jonathan Sims?? Pre-transfer to The Archives??

Edit:  I gotta put the rest of these behind a cut because the shots I was able to take from latter parts of the movie with the dialogue captions on had me like, “This is like I’m took screenshots of a live-action TMA time-travel fixit AU. Apparently in this AU he kidnaps Elias and takes him for a little trip somewhere- Hilltop Road, perhaps?- and they have a little chat with him along the way.

...anyway,  further investigation reveals that Rudi Dharmalingam said Hot Jon Rights and didn’t even realize it.

In closing: Jon, in what he doesn’t yet know is his last day working in Research, after Tim jokes that the reason Elias wants to talk to him is probably to give him a raise...

This actually came from the realization that Grif and Simmons would  make a great pair of celestials who are terrible at being an angel and a demon, respectively. And then once I had Good Omens and Red vs Blue on my mind at the same time, I couldn’t help but think, “You know what ELSE fits really well?”

Why aren't there separate Tumblr options to "save as draft" for "save to read later" and "save to base a piece of art/writing/fanvid/pyrography/costume piece off and send it to the OP" ?

The fic I just read encouraged me to leave a review that contained the sentence, “I wish there was a special kind of kudo to signify, "You have just done an amazing job of using the written word to ABSOLUTELY TRAUMATIZE ME." Like, one that has a bleeding anatomical heart for an icon. Maybe with a knife through it?” ...there really should be, you know. (It was in reaction to the second part of this duology, in case anyone wants to suffer some serious RvB feels.)

I'm not much of a gamer, but I gotta say, I bet a campaign set in the Dirk Gently universe would be freakin' phenomenal.

Is anyone else having the urge to find or take pictures of random, everyday objects and post them on twitter with the hashtag “whitegenocide”? Because I swear to Glod, the members of the nazi right are putting that tag on some of the most bizarre-but-utterly-innocuous things as it is. Pictures of Chris Evans with a couple of non-white fans? white genocide! A promo for a Netflix series in which a man suggests that using blackface is NOT appropriate for a Halloween costume? white genocide! Patton Oswalt making fun of a racist realtor’s terribly written house listings after said racist made a crack about Patton’s dead wife? white genocide! A slurpee! A window-box full of aloe! A STEAMING PILE OF COW MANURE! All are just as “relevant” as the things I’ve already seen bearing that tag, and I am rather tempted to add them to it. Particularly that last one.

It’s a fic idea because it’s a romcom waiting to happen.

It’s not the dating agency’s fault that the matching algorithms couldn’t handle a literal interpretation/slang! A stripper looking for a new girlfriend, and a size-shifting giantess who just wants a work buddy - neither of them quite find what they thought they wanted, but their mutual interests overlap and hey, who doesn’t like a good lesbian hookup?

And they live happily ever after.
