Hi! I was wondering if you could give me some advice? I messed up my knee a while ago so I can't do exercises such as running, cycling or walks sometimes and this has been going on for a year so I've been gaining weight as a result despite eating relatively healthy. Do you know any exercises that I can do that can help me lose weight?

I do not know any exercises and I would consult with a physical therapist. Sorry I am not much help, but I am not certified or a professional in that field. I could give you exercises, but you could injure yourself even more and that’s just not something we’d want.
