The government had long ago decided not to follow rules based in morality. Whether it was slow or fast, the fall was certain. Morgan did not care about them. Half of the war torn country they lived in had long ago gained indepence from the united states.
Whatever part of the country remained in control by the government lived a dystopian hescape, ruled by a militaristic, unethical system that was only democratic on a technicality. The other half, left to anarchy, resided in semi peace. Many forming their own small governments and organizations.
The Morality Organization had been in place long before the destruction of society in north america. Morgan saw to it that it was run on fair ground and ideals.
The Devil project was started by the government, they used live human teat subjects jn an effort to create living weapons. Though it was known to. exist, no one knew the details beyond that. Morgan had helped seventeen weapons escape.
Lyspawn was one of them. Morgan narrowed his eyes at the other man in front of him. He had thirty men, and they were making a weapons deal with the group that owned this base. Guns tense, those who were trigger happy had an unreadable glee inside.
Morgan knew from the beginning this was trap. Weapons pointed at them in all directions. He was only sad to know that the people watching cameras from the van - his boyfriend being one of them - were likely very worried.
In a second, he barked orders and gun shots erupted. His men were far better trained then the Byron's. They fell easily, but what he lacked in quality he more then made up for in sheer quanitity. Seventeen minutes in, Morgan spoke one order.
"Lyspawn. Eradicate."
Lyspawn's com turned off. Two seconds later, his cheery vouce spoke. "Enemy eradicated in all wings!"
Byron fell soon after that.
