First time I've been outside since I got sick, and I find this little dude stuck in a bucket after the rain. Don't worry, I let him go in the lilies. (Poured the bucket out too so it wouldn't happen again)

Sorry for the shaky camera, my strength isn't 100% back yet and I was afraid I'd drop him.

Crimes committed at my place and the criminals themselves:

This heinous cow is Ahsoka. Not my dog. Lives in the studio apartment above my garage. Her owner is our good friend. He lives there too.

Crime documentation: Plant killer. Plant muncher. Excessive bullying of other dog on premises. Not listening. Doesn't do tricks. Bad recall if over-stimilated. Horrible food beggin. Harassment of local groundhog. Squirrel chaser. Doesn't understand personal space. Did a hit and run on the neighbors two little kids in my backyard. Tried to ingest poison oak- had to tackle her and wrestle it out of her mouth on that case. Resisting arrest. Overall: an idiot dog.

This rags to riches mutt is Rayla. She is my dog. Lives underneath my feet. I accidentally step on her and she's shocked mother would harm her in such a way. Even though I can't turn around without her firmly up my ass.

Crime documentation: Counter chicken theft. Trash scrounging- acts like her street days. Liquid shits all over the one room with carpet(after the trash digging, likely upset stomach) Doesn't want her expensive and nutritious dog food, wants people food that would obliterate her digestive tract. Stalking!!!!me!!!. Horrible recall when in trouble, knows she's gonna get a spankin or snoot bop. Resisting arrest. Overall: A stray still learning indoor manners. Can do better.

Not-so-perfect Angel Baby Ophelia. My(more like my fiancés)cat.

Crime documentation: Serial puker. Warm spot theft. Beggin for any and all fish bites. Suspect ate two of three insect specimens I was drying out for shadowbox framing in one day. Assault against officer(me) with kneading claws. Thin fabric offers zero protection. Overall: Sweet but can do better.

Crime documentation: None. Clean record. Alleged assault on fathers shin. Officer(me) didn't see it, so therefore it didn't happen. Those bite marks could have been from anyone. Alleged assault and battery on sister. Officer(me) heard an altercation, but by the time I reached suspects, the alleged assault and battery wasn't happening. Must have been faked in an attempt to set him up. Assault on his uncle's(our friend) hand and arm- file was dropped, clearly an act of self-defense. Overall: Perfect in every way. No notes.

This is the second house we've bought, and I'm excited to restore it to its original glory. Unfortunately, the previous homeowners gave it the modernized special. So there's a lot of paint and carpet that has to be stripped and removed.

Virginia is lovely, and the two acres the house sits on needs a lot of care. I'm going to tear up a portion of yard and turn it into my vegetable garden during the spring. And there's a groundhog that lives under the chicken coop!

Best of all, I have my own office. So I'll be able to work in peace.

Over time, the grey hairs in one spot of my head have turned into a silver streak in my hair. My fiance calls it a witches streak. I think it's neat and won't ever dye it. Being able to age is a privilege!

It took a minute to find my tablet in all the boxes, but I can finally tackle the commissions for this month! I've missed drawing a lot, too.
