Yes.

Wasitora will still trigger when she deals lethal combat damage to your opponent. When her trigger resolves, that player is no longer in the game and can’t take any game actions, such as sacrificing anything. Since that’s the case, Wasitora gives you an adorable Cat Dragon token!
