Appreciation thread for Bowser & Bowser Jr. One of the more unique aspects about them is their relationship: This isn’t like Silver and Giovanni or Geese Howard and Rock. Bowser’s affectionate about his kid while Junior’s entire driving motivation is making his dad proud of him.

A small comparison I made at one point, comparing the Paper Jam sprites of the Clown Cars (pardon the shoddy layering on Bowser there).
As far as I am aware, the 2D version of Bowser’s Clown Car never appears in Paper Jam, which makes it strange as to why these sprites are here.
