for the anon who asked a while ago if i was willing to share a gif page similar to my current one ♡ this is javascript free a gif page + gif pack directory pack, with css-only filtering that helps with gif heavy pages. there's lots of comments in the code in order to help you navigate through it, but don't hesitate to reach out if you have any problems! full credits can be found in the code. i hope you enjoy!
