two headcanons for your muse that you never told anyone:  1. Minseo used to keep a journal but lost interest in writing about his day an his feelings because they were always so negative that he just started doodling in it instead. Eventually he stopped writing and only drew in it and eventually moved to bigger canvases and different materials, spurring on his love of art. 2. When he was a child he was playing by a pond but was too close to the edge but before he realized that he slipped into the pond. He was a little startled but he was alright. What he didn't know was that there were some frogs under water and him falling in caused them to scatter; some jumping out the water, others swimming around him to get away from him. For the six year old it was like he was being attack by millions of the jumpy amphibians and it only strengthened his fear. Minseo has never told anyone about his fear of frogs because he is so embarrassed by the fact.

"You shouldn't have done that."

Minseo climbed out of the water just as a class of young kids walked in. They didn’t look any older than eight or ten. All staring at the large pool and its sloshing blue water. The line of red and white buoys separated the shallow end from the deep from on top, leaving anyone the ability to swim under it to get to the other section. Minseo sat on the side of the deep end pretending to catch his breath, long since he started to come here he learned that using his abilities to keep him underwater longer were too suspicious he didn’t look like he needed air when he surface, the shallow end not interesting him whatsoever.

He hardly cast a glance in their direction but the enclosed space of the indoor pool carried sound easily enough for him to know the kids were on some kind of trip. He could hear the instructor try to get the kids attention. Another adult was with them but with many kids to look after it seemed obvious that one managed to slip away. A young boy with something clutched in his hand wandered to the deep end, walking along the edge of the pool while making the object ‘fly’ in swooping motions over his head. The child looked far too close to the edge of the pool for Minseo too ignore. 

But his crippling social skills meant he decided to go in a different direction than just going to the instructor and the other adult. Instead he slips back into the water and swims towards the kid. Diving under and swimming to just under where the boy stopped to crouch by the pools edge to play with the water and his toy. Minseo kept himself just below the boy and concentrated enough to make the water bubble around the boys toy. When the toy retracted Minseo waited another moment before surfacing quickly, and his shoulder length hair falling down over his face with his goggles sticking out from his hair making him look strange and definitely surprising too see. He splashes the boy which causes him fall back on his rear with a shocked gasp. Gathering himself and his toy, the boy picked himself up and scurried back to the group where he stood close to an adult and avoided the pool edge. When he pulled himself from the pool this time Minseo snickered a little to himself but footsteps cut off his moment of humor. 

"You shouldn’t have done that." Came the strangers voice but he didn’t look up, only fixed his goggles and pushed his hair back. Trying really hard not to scoff. Really he didn’t need to be told what to do by strangers. Especially when he didn’t do anything wrong. Not really.

"Yeah well I got the kid to go back didn’t I? Job well done." Great social skills this one.

My taste in music is what it is, I can literally listen to anything but at the same time there's songs I really don't like at all.

☹ Sad

Telling him you don’t want to be around him, he’s a freak, or that he’s unwanted. Minseo is quite used to being alone and by himself, even when his family was around he felt even more alone because he’s different than them. He’s very uncomfortable being around people but he craves their company greatly even if he tries his best to stay away from crowds. He’s so hyper aware of how different he is, although not physically, he’s got this idea in his head that people can see through him and they think he’s some kind of freak. Because of this he cherishes any relationships he gains. When he was still in New York he thought he had made something of a friend but they had rejected harshly in front of others. Since then he has developed a bit of a fear of being told he’s not wanted even though he tells it to himself when he feels at his lowest. 

✂ Angry

His temper is a bit short fused because he doesn’t tolerate things he finds stupid or bothersome. Hurting or disrespecting people (and pets) he loves would set him off quickly. Personally though if someone insulted him he wouldn’t be too upset about it because he doesn’t take most insults to heart if he knows they are not true. He takes physical aggression very seriously though and if pushed or hit lightly as horse playing you have to make sure he sees you or make sure he knows it’s only playing around or else he will lash out.

☤ Disgusted

Any harm to animals will undoubtedly ruin his image of a person. Since little he’s had a strong affinity for animals, he even has two of his own right now. He’s grown up with animals throughout his life - mostly because his parents worried about him and thought giving him pets would keep him from being too depressed. It worked but it’s made him very passionate about caring and keeping them safe as well.

♯ Annoyed

Obnoxious gossiping and open mouth chewing. He loves neat and organized and privacy so things opposite to that tend to bother him if there is enough of it. He hates being wrong too so pointing out his mistakes would definitely get on his nerves. Another thing he doesn’t like is repeating himself, after three or four times he will visibly be upset and will e unable to hide how frustrated he is. This makes him bad at sneakily speaking or whispering.

☢ Worried

If a person is upset or ill, especially one he cares about, he’ll act indifferent but do something about it. He tends to care a lot but hide it unless he thinks its okay to show it. It’s relatively easy to make him worry. He doesn’t like when people hurt themselves, don’t nourish themselves properly, let themselves be hurt by others, etc. He will even get protective over people he doesn’t even know. 

♟ Jealous

Trying to take what he believes is his. Doing something better than him. Spending more time with others when he wants the attention. If being friendly to him he doesn’t like people being the same kind of friendly to others - he sees it as ‘his friendly’ and it’s just for him so for example if you use certain compliments on him he’ll get jealous if you use them on someone else.
