Question: I’m a cis man and 100% sure of that. I’ve questioned my gender several times and always come to the conclusion that I’m just cis. But the reason I’ve questioned is because I’ve always wanted a big chest. Not muscles, I mean literal breasts. I’m happy with all my masc features except it upsets me knowing my chest is flat. Is this dysphoria? Can cis people even get dysphoric?
If it’s not dysphoria then please advise me bc I just feel sad about having a flat chest and don’t know why.
(Also how do I even get boobs without like… feminization hormones)

Cis people can have gender dysphoria, and if you want to classify your experiences that way that’s fine.
It might also not be dysphoria. Sometimes people just want changes to their bodies for personal preference. (Ex: lots of cis women are uncomfortable with their chest size, but not because of dysphoria.) It depends on how you want to label your experiences.
For the last part of the ask, mod suggests just sticking some padding/socks into a bra (or undershirt if you don’t have a bra) to see how you like it. If that makes you happy you might want to consider buying a breast form (if possible). For a more permanent effect, mod has heard of some cis men getting breast implants but that’s expensive (and kind of inaccessible for cis men anyway due to gender stereotypes).
