I've been there. The worst part definitely is not knowing what you did, that way you can't make the same mistake again. I'm sorry this happened and I hope everything works out for you.

well we have a vague idea of what i did. but they want to wait until tuesday for a meeting. so i get to stay at an anxiety level of 7 out of 10 until tuesday. And normally I would go and ride to calm my anxiety. but hahahhhh i can't i'm banished.

i just want to die.
