Lips twist as she looks down at the image in front of her - something about it didn't seem right, even though she herself was the artist of the piece. So, she sought out another's opinion, "What do you think it's missing, no wrong answers."

A sigh falls from the blonde's lips as she runs her hands though her hair, fingers catching slightly on a knot in her hair, but she just pulls through it. "I just... complicated Riles, you wouldn't understand." It's always been hard for Maya to put into words her feelings, especially the ones that concern her parents or anything around them. The feelings always felt too complicated, so Maya just let them fester as she pushed them down and away out her sight. "I want the answers, but I also don't care for them."

Living in a small - small minded town leave very little room for her and Robin to be open with each other ; even if Maya very much would love to be open about her love for the other ; so mostly they keep their kisses behind closed doors. But, sometimes Maya can be impatient, like right now - Maya grabs hold of Robin's hand, pulling them along through the small crowd of people, finding a nice semi quiet place where no one else was, before she is pressing a soft kiss to Robin's lips, "Been dying to do that for a while now," Maya mumbles before pressing another one, then another.
