Half High is the project of Sydney based artists

Lucy Phelan and Matthew P. Hopkins. They 

create a slightly damaged form of ambience through meditative synth lines,

various electronics, and atmospheric tape manipulation.

Latest cassette Calling Nina is a big favourite

here at MiMa hq. Kind of reminds us of those

early lo budget Cronenberg movies.

Cracked scientific/futuristic

vibe with lots of techno/body confusion.

Alienating, detached, and at times strangely erotic.
