Hey everyone! It has been ages since I last posted on here. It is quite obvious by now, this is because of real life. For those wondering, I am a (Community) College Student, and also, I’m doing an internship, and I’ve been dealing with reality/life as usual.
However, I am hoping to get back to this blog with more ideas of mine, and in fact, I figured I’d share a little sneak peek.
First of all, I need to state that this idea was inspired by a fanart of a childhood favorite. I DID NOT CREATE THIS FANART (using big emphasis so people don’t get confused). However, as I looked at it and admired the cute designs, I had this idea in my head “What if they were in an Anime series of sorts?”, and thus, an idea was born.
Here is the link to the fan art, and obviously, it’s loosely based on the Blue’s Clues series, but in a different way.
To make it simple, I’m imagining a lighthearted slice-of-life vibe. The characters are anthropomorphic, they’re all about elementary-middle school age (with Baby Bear & Sprinkles being a tad younger). And it’s kind of a two-world series. In one world, you have a teenage boy with a vivid imagination who has to deal with reality too much, but he also has access to the universe where the anthro-Blue’s Clues-based characters live. Still a work in progress, but I think it would be fascinating. And a couple other folks think so too!
Here’s my envisionment for the characters, as well as Seiyuu (voice actors), I thought up for them (and yes, they are Japanese, since that’s kinda how I’m imagining it atm)
Green Puppy-Megumi Toyoguchi/Ami Koshimizu
Orange Kitten-Miyuki Sawashiro
Purple Kangaroo-Masaya Matsukaze/Koki Miyata (still thinking about how to make it work ^^;;;)
Blue-The peppy, shojo protagonist
Magenta-the level-headed mature senpai whom Blue prolly has a crush on
Green Puppy-Totes a tsundere
Sprinkles-The kawaii little brother that BETTER BE PROTECTED OR SO HELP ME I WILL DESTROY ANYONE WHO DARES TO EVEN THINK ABOUT THE UNTHINKABLE TO HIM!!!!
Periwinkle-the guy who wants Senpai to notice him
Purple Kangaroo-the team genius
Orange Kitten/Kit-The smart girl whose also very chillaxed
Baby Bear-Blue's best friend/nakama/shinyuu/aibou, together, they are the magical girl duo
Letters, Numbers, Shapes, and Color puppies are the academically minded students who are CHO MAJIMENI!!!!!!!!!! (Super Serious!!!!!)
