Miles Wood does (or at least as of last years playoffs) have a girlfriend. He's been with her for a few years. There was an interview how Colton's gf and his would go to dinners together. However, like most guys I wouldn't be shocked if his has a girl in different cities and quite a roster.

barely know much about him, but he definitely has a lot of lady appeal just by looking through his media. seems single, and like most of these guys he's totally on dating apps running it up. also gives me very stereotypical meathead vibes.

edit: appears to be he does have a girlfriend, unsure of her name or who she is though.
