The recent Magazine preview for File 1151 teased that we will be getting a case with Ran, Sonoko and Masumi, and where Masumi gets recognized by a stranger. The case premise does give us the potential for some Mary-Masumi duo development, especially if the one who recognized her happens to be either main plot related or was a witness character to a past main-plot-relevant incident. When it comes to the antidote, Masumi did not seem as active in trying to pry it out of Conan in her last appearance with Amuro (File 1126-1128), so we might not get her attempt for awhile, unless both of them feels pressured/rushed into having to take drastic measures or risks from an outside force.

"Girl with a bike" was also recently teased to be a Movie 29 cast character, so if it's teasing Masumi's appearance in the Juugo-Chihaya movie, then I could see this whole upcoming case ending up becoming a M29 promo case (potentially even featuring Juugo/Chihaya). In which case, we might not get any Mary stuff at all, like the previous Masumi case.
